Terms of Use

1. Who we are and purpose

HADYX is a private social platform for adults operated by WooW Noves Tecnologies SL, with tax ID B72887128 and registered office at Carrer Nostra Senyora de Montserrat, 2, 43883 Roda de Berà (Tarragona), España ("HADYX", "we"). These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the HADYX web platform and mobile applications. By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms.

2. Age of majority

HADYX is a platform exclusively for those over 18 years of age. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time. Access by minors is strictly prohibited and entails the immediate and permanent suspension of any account that allows it.

3. Invitation system

Access to HADYX requires a valid invitation issued by an active member. Each invitation is personal, non-transferable and single-use. The member who issues an invitation is responsible for the suitability of the invited person. Abuse of the invitation system (bots, spam, sale of invitations) entails the suspension of the issuing account.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out from your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Only one account per person is permitted. The data provided must be truthful and kept up to date.

5. Rules of conduct

By using HADYX you accept:

• Not to publish content involving minors under any circumstances.
• Not to publish content produced without the consent of the people involved.
• Not to harass, threaten or dox other members.
• Not to impersonate another person or entity.
• Not to carry out illegal activities or incite them.
• To respect the privacy of other members on and off the platform: capturing, copying or disseminating other members' content or data outside HADYX is prohibited.

6. Published content

You retain intellectual property over all content you publish. By publishing it you grant HADYX a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free license to store, display and distribute it within the platform according to your privacy settings. HADYX may remove any content that breaches these terms or applicable law.

7. Internal currency

HADYX's internal virtual currency has no real monetary value, is not redeemable for money and does not constitute a regulated payment service. Its accumulation and use is subject to the platform's rules, which may be modified with 30 days' notice.

8. Moderation, suspension and cancellation

Our moderation team may suspend or cancel any account that breaches these terms, without notice in serious cases. Suspension decisions may be appealed by writing to appeals@hadyx.com. You may cancel your account at any time from your settings; cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the internal currency or fees.

9. Intellectual property of the platform

The HADYX brand, its logo, the platform's design and its software are the property of HADYX or its licensors. No license over them is granted beyond normal use of the platform.

10. Limitation of liability

HADYX provides the platform "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability nor are we liable for damages arising from content published by users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. HADYX's maximum liability towards a user is limited to the amounts paid by that user in the last 12 months.

11. Modifications to these terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days' notice by email or notification on the platform. We will ask you to expressly accept the new version; until you accept it you will not be able to continue operating on the platform. Each version is archived and can be consulted publicly.

12. Residence and applicable terms

The terms that apply to you are determined by your declared country of habitual residence, not by your incidental location. If you move your residence to another country, you must update it in your settings; this may require acceptance of the corresponding variant.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, without prejudice to the inalienable rights that you may have as a consumer in your country of residence (Regulation (EC) 593/2008, art. 6).

15. Adult content and age verification

HADYX is an adult-themed platform: profiles and published content may include images, videos and descriptions of a sexual or sexually explicit nature, as well as information about orientation, practices and encounters between adults. By accessing it you declare that you wish to view this type of content and that it is lawful for you to do so in your place of residence.

To protect minors and comply with applicable law, access to adult content is tiered:

• Basic access (account with verified email): you can browse the platform and view non-sensitive profile information, but you will not be able to see photographs or videos, sensitive attributes, or start conversations or contact other members.
• Full access (age verified, 18+): once age verification is passed, photographs, sensitive attributes and messaging are unlocked.

Age verification is carried out through specialized providers or manual review. We only keep the verification result (of legal age), the provider used and the date; we do not store your identity document or your facial image. Until you complete verification, adult content remains blocked. Falsifying your age or circumventing verification entails the immediate suspension of the account.

16. Data required to use the platform

Access to HADYX requires you to provide and keep truthful certain minimum information:

• a valid invitation issued by an active member;
• an email address, whose verification is mandatory to access the private area;
• a password that meets the security requirements;
• your country of habitual residence, which determines the applicable terms (clause 12);
• the profile data you choose to publish to take part in the community.

To obtain full access you must also pass the age verification described in clause 15. The processing of all this data, including age verification, is detailed in our Privacy Policy.
